MIX’s One World, One Humanity initiative has joined hands with the Karisma Humanitarian Outreach Mission (KHOM) non-governmental organisation in a powerful CSR campaign to champion emergency relief efforts and amplify social activism. This collaboration embodies the essence of unity, reminding us that despite our differences, we share one world and a collective responsibility to care for one another.
Our vision is to create a world where communities unite to support one another, building a more compassionate, resilient, and equitable society for future generations.
We are starting this initiative by responding to the cries of the people of Gaza who are now facing a genocidal war. Due to the dire situation of the catastrophic war in all parts of Gaza, Mix, together with Malaysians are deeply troubled, and unable to rest knowing that innocent people are suffering while watching their children die of starvation or killed in airstrikes and drone attacks.
Our mission is to ignite collective action by raising funds and awareness for emergency relief and social activism. We aim to foster a culture of empathy and shared responsibility, uniting efforts in times of crisis. The time to act is NOW.

Everything is critical in these urgent times of need. Winter has begun and in Gaza, temperatures can drop to 2 degrees Celsius, leaving warmth and survival this winter entirely dependent on the compassion and generosity of people like you. The people in Gaza desperately need:
Our overall fundraising goal is RM90,000, which will be collected in multiple phases. Phase 1 begins on 26 November 2024, with a minimum target of RM10,000 to honor the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on 29 November.
For now, our focus is on sending immediate help to ensure the people can survive and endure the hardships of this ongoing war especially during winter. This campaign is designed to be a long-term effort. As the war rages on, and even in the event of a ceasefire, we remain committed to helping the people rebuild their lives and restore hope for the future.
KHOM is registered under the ROS (PPM-009-03-27112018) and has a proven track record of 100% successful aid delivery in Gaza, completing more than 50 phases of assistance reaching out to over 80,000 people across the entire Gaza Strip to date. KHOM began providing on-the-ground support just days after the conflict began, starting on October 12, 2023.
KHOM operates through three dedicated on-the-ground teams in Gaza, covering different areas of the Gaza Strip, and a Malaysia-based team managing aid entry through Jordan. Teams are divided into:
During the total blockade of North Gaza, KHOM mounted a bold and urgent response to get food delivered to Gaza’s starving population. In a historic first, KHOM led Malaysia’s inaugural airdrop mission, delivering lifesaving food boxes to Gaza from Jordan, with vital support from the Royal Jordanian Air Force.
Last year, a month into Gaza’s war, KHOM ground teams distributed thousands of winter clothes to keep children warm. Now, as the second winter approaches, families face an even harsher reality. With homes destroyed, many are left in tents or makeshift shelters built from scraps.
Fathers struggle to protect their little ones safe from relentless threats of bombardments. Orphaned children will be facing winter alone and mothers will be struggling desperately to keep their newborns warm.
With the complete destruction of homes and healthcare, it’s crucial that we protect as many Palestinians as possible from winter illnesses. We make an urgent appeal to all to contribute and help protect Palestinian families with winter warmth.
